Who we are
Floradore is a joyful, uplifting celebration of art, colour, pattern and of course flowers in all their forms. We create and sell printed products in carefully curated sets. Our sets are packaged and ready to go. They are the perfect treat for yourself or a present for a fellow floral magpie.
We believe that there is a sweet spot for florals which blends design and fine art in a crisp, clean contemporary way avoiding fussiness and fustiness.
We love textiles, pattern and design our products to blend florals with these two elements. A couple of collections will be released each year, introducing new florals to our bouquet of designs.
Our Story
Floradore is a new brand from artist Lucy, launching October 2022.
Lucy graduated with a BA(Hons) Fine Art from Central Saint Martins College of Art. She spent many years working in exhibitions and with artists in London museums, galleries and picture libraries before returning to painting and design.
In 2018 Lucy relocated to Cornwall and returned to painting full time. Floradore was born as a concept in 2021 and launched in 2022. Lucy’s original artwork can be viewed here.
Our Home
Floradore is truly an online brand but our heart is very much in Cornwall. Floradore is based in the wonderful, creative town of Falmouth. We love our home county very much and all our designs are painted here. They are inspired by walks along the South West Coast Path, beach foraging, wildflower gardens, the sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall and of course our local creative community.
When we can, we like to support Cornish-based charities involved in protecting our coastlines and ecosystems. We also like to support charities who are involved in the maintenance and improvement of mental health for our county’s young people.
Which materials do you use in your products?
Artwork
Our designs all start life as an original painting and/or illustration. We use acryla gouache, watercolours, pen and ink on board and paper. Our digital illustrations are made in Procreate and Photoshop.
Products
Everything we make is printed and produced in the United Kingdom. We believe in supporting other independent businesses and work hard to develop partnerships with businesses who are either FSC Certified and/or use FSC Recycled. This means that all forest-based products and packaging comes from 100% recycled sources.
We use compostable cello-wrap in a couple of products to ensure that the product remains in a pristine condition. We are always looking for new packaging solutions.

From notebooks to cards and wrapping paper, we believe that a well curated set of goods shows off our work best – much like a bouquet of flowers rather than a single stem.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. We ship with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. On occasion and for larger orders we will ship with an appropriate local courier. We offer standard shipping and rush shipping at checkout.
All international orders are shipping with the appropriate customs codes and the correct postage fees.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any local duties in their home country and that Floradore is not made aware of these charges. This is particularly true in EU countries following the United Kingdom’s decision to leave the EU.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is worked out at the point of checkout and will be tailored to your location. We aim to ship all products within 1-2 business days and offer both standard and rushed shipping.
Free shipping is offered in the UK for orders over £25.00.
Can I personalise Floradore products?
Mais oui! We offer a personalised print service for our bloom designs. Looking for a unique birthday present, birth announcement or celebrating a wedding? Our A3 and A4 bloom prints can be personalised to include names and dates.
Looking for something extra special? Floradore can re-create a special bouquet and vase in our house style to celebrate or commemorate an important floral occasion.

Will you be adding new products to your range in 2023?
Why yes, very good question! Floradore is a new brand and we’re keen to focus on well-designed and well-made products which have time to come to fruition sustainably. With that in mind we’ve focused on paper-based products for 2022 and will be adding the following products for 2023:

Fabric by the metre for furnishing and dressmaking
Where sensible, we will be looking to offer our fabric products as Pre-Orders to ensure we are left with no waste.
Where can I find Floradore products in person?
Floradore products are stocked in the following locations (under our old name of Lucy Innes Williams) and in 2023 we will be focusing our efforts heavily on wholesale. We love to shop local and support small businesses and get a real thrill from seeing / touching / feeling our products in the flesh:

Returns
We can offer returns providing that the item is in a re-sellable condition and is returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be sought within 14 days of receipt of parcel. We offer free returns for UK customers.
